Mortgage Pre-Approval is a BIG deal, APPROVAL, is a bigger deal. Many loan officers will hand out preapproval letters, that essentially mean nothing. Their goal is the old “bait and switch”. Which is definately not in your best interest.

Wow! My phone has been ringing off the hook this week. It seems that our unusually warm winter is keeping home buyers in the hunt instead of watching football on TV.
It’s great to see the pulse of the Real Estate Market is still pumping strong in the Twin Cities. Contrary to what is published in the the newspaper or broadcasted on TV, the sky is not falling. We will live to see another day.
