Buying a house does not have to be a scary endeavor. When you have someone who is there to help answer ANY of your questions and lay all of the ground work for you, there is not much that is left for a buyer to worry about.

As a first time home buyer I was extremely leery of anyone I talked to when it came to mortgages. But when Bryan urged that we meet and go over any questions I had, I knew had a found a winner.

He searched for the best possible deal for ME. That is, he did not try to just put me into any loan, but rather he knew what my financial limits were and he made sure it would be a good loan for years to come.
