Wow! My phone has been ringing off the hook this week. It seems that our unusually warm winter is keeping home buyers in the hunt instead of watching football on TV.

It’s great to see the pulse of the Real Estate Market is still pumping strong in the Twin Cities. Contrary to what is published in the the newspaper or broadcasted on TV, the sky is not falling. We will live to see another day.

This is a great time of year to find a seller who wants to wheel: If Mr. Seller has had their home on the market all winter long, they are likely sick of draining their savings account as they make double payments.
