Mortgage Pre-Approval is a BIG deal, APPROVAL, is a bigger deal. Many loan officers will hand out preapproval letters, that essentially mean nothing. Their goal is the old “bait and switch”. Which is definately not in your best interest.

The Approval Letters I give to my clients are written with Integrity. They are worth their weight in solid gold. I actually negotiate with some lenders on your behalf before we meet. This will allows you to jump on the home of your dreams as soon as you find it.

From the lender I will get a commitment stating that they will loan you the money you need. AND I make sure to obtain the needed terms to get you a loan. I leave Nothing about your chance at home ownership to chance. With needed completion of the appraisal, titlework, and verification of what you tell me, the lenders are committed to getting you the money, and they give me their terms for lending the money to you.

I will actually bring you a lender Approval, not a preapproval. There is a difference. If you had a loan officer that could get you an approval, why would you waste your time with a preapproval?
