You won’t have to worry about anything:
Your home purchase or refinance will have many moving parts: Appraisers, processors, underwriters, inspectors, your realtor, the seller’s realtor, title people, people at the county, etc. As your loan officer I will direct everyone involved so everything is done properly and on time. You won’t have to worry about any of it. I will hold everyone accountable and make sure their actions reflect your best interest. I will make sure you can move into your home on time. After all, this is my profession, and your satisfaction with the work done by me for you will determine my success.

Your Education:
You will be educated on the loan and understand why we selected a particular loan for you. Also, you will know how the mortgage fits your financial plan now and in the future. In addition, I understand that discussing financing with a mortgage professional is not always the number one activity on most people’s fun list. Numbers and money aren’t as interesting as wooded lots, expansive views and 3 car garages. I also understand that mistakes and confusion in the financing of your dream can have a huge impact on your future lifestyle. Mistakes and confusion may also delay your lifestyle by months, years and sometimes, sadly, forever. I won’t let that happen to you.

My Communication with you:
I keep you, your realtor and the listing realtor updated throughout the process. I realize this is the most important purchase you will make and I work hard to communicate with you during your transaction. I will communicate with you during the process as often as you like.

100% of my loans close:
I don’t over promise and under-deliver. I make sure that your pre-approval is strong and ask the underwriters questions up front to make sure your scenario fits the guidelines. I work hard to make sure that you meet the guidelines of the loan program you are applying for.

100% of my loans close ON TIME:
What would you do if your home didn’t close on time and you had no place to live? I don’t want you packed up and ready to move, with no home to move into. My track record speaks for itself. I work hard on the front end of the process to insure a smooth, on-time closing.

Post Closing Service:
I will not provide you with a loan and disappear. After closing, I will follow up with you and make sure everything is as you expected it to be. If there are any loose ends that need attention, I will personally tie them. In addition, I will follow up with you occasionally with a phone call or letter. I want you to know I am available to support you whether it is to discuss real estate or even help you find a great referral to a good trades person or professional service. I want you to know that I take referrals very seriously, and I would never want you to pick up the yellow pages if you need some help.

My Goal for you:
This is my profession, and I take it very seriously. After you buy your home, it is my goal that you are so pleased and overwhelmed with the experience I provided you that you will be comfortable mentioning my name to friends and family when the conversation topic turns to real estate.
